### 1. Overview
Lyzzy.ai provides digital software services and subscriptions that begin immediately upon purchase or activation. Because of the nature of digital services, refunds are handled carefully and under limited circumstances as outlined below.
By subscribing or purchasing through Lyzzy.ai, you agree to this Refund Policy.
### 2. Subscription Purchases
All paid subscriptions and plans on Lyzzy.ai are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection).
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
* **Duplicate payment** due to a billing error.
* **Technical issues** preventing access to the Service, when verified and unresolved by our support team.
* **Unauthorized charges** confirmed by our payment processor.
Refund requests for reasons other than the above (such as change of mind or unused time) are not guaranteed.
### 3. Free Trials
If a free trial period is offered, users can explore the Service before being charged. Once the trial ends and payment is processed, that payment becomes non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
### 4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, but previously paid subscription periods will continue until their expiry. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for early cancellations.
### 5. How to Request a Refund

* Transaction ID or payment receipt

Our billing team will review each request individually and reply within **5–7 business days**.
### 6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to **10 business days** for the refund to appear on your statement.
### 7. Third-Party Payments
If your payment was made through a third-party platform (e.g., Stripe, Google Pay, or App Store), their refund policies may apply. Lyzzy.ai cannot override or expedite refunds managed by third-party processors.
### 8. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are **not available** for:
* One-time purchases of digital assets or credits.
* Plans canceled after renewal.
